I thought some of the democrats were heckling the President and she was motioning them to stop.
That is why I was so surprised she ripped the speech. She called for decorum of her troops and then she does that?

I interpreted that differently. I assumed that a Democrat had stood up and applauded something the President said. I thought Nancy started waving and scolding to make sure the Democrat sat back down with folded hands. But I could be wrong.

I saw her pointing toward the dims dressed in white, but she looked pissed. Maybe some of her hens were clapping for Trump’s speech?
