I was already stage four when mine was discovered, so the recommended course of treatment was a literal death sentence.
We chose to go the alternative treatment route because of that. Two years later, I'm still here and fighting.
I pray for you. I'm glad I avoided radiation and the side effects of it this time. The surgery was bad enough. I'll have to decide if I want any more treatment if it comes back. I have to go to a reconstructive surgeon next week to see if he can fix my tongue as it attached to my mouth floor. Difficult to eat and I talk like Sylvester the cat. 🙏🙏💕💕🙏🙏
