I Just got Back from Lewis 2 Precinct GOP Iowa Caucus, the venue(an Elementary School Library was BUSTING at the Seams(don’t tell the Fire Marshal))! Gov Pete Rickets(R-NE) was there representing President Trump! I had a BLAST!

Earlier in the evening the channels like MSNBC and CNN were saying how there were expected record setting turnouts for the Democrats and now they are admitting the numbers are down from 2016. What they are failing to also point out is that in 2016 the caucus was held in a horrible snowstorm and that today there is no precipitation and the temps are relatively mild (32 deg right now is Des Moines).
Face it Rats, your candidates suck!

Apologies to those liking it, but to me that system seems needlessly complex and stupid.
CNN just showed the first round result from a caucus site in Des Moines and Biden was 6th behind Yang and Klobuchar! I realize it’s one site but I can see Biden dropping out very soon if he ends up in 5th place overall tonight when the results across the state are added up.

Nate Cohn from the NY Slimes tweeted that around this time four years ago eighty percent of the Democrat caucus vote in Iowa had already been counted. Hmm. Wonder why the vote count is so slow this time around? Mayor Pete doing better than expected in the early results. Fix. You can already smell it!
Report from my Caucus. IT WAS PACKED...way more people than 2016! I would guess 2000 or so. We had Lara Trump, Weld & Walsh, plus our local IA Senate & House members.
Weld was politely received; Walsh was booed & people were yelling at him after he remarked that President Trump’s tweets are making Republicans the party of old, white men. Half of us in the audience were women...waving our “Women for Trump” Signs. It was FUN for a change:)
