They wrap it in large lettuce leaves. Very low carb sandwich.

Almost all fast food joints including MickyDees will give you their stuff wrapped in lettuce, just ask for it.

Subway is incredible

Yep don't agree with the hate heaped on Subway. I like a limited range of sandwiches, so I haven't tried everything they make, but what I buy is good, and you can still get a footlong (which my wife and I split for a meal) for well under 10 bucks. Makes for a cheap and quick "too tired to cook" meal.

Jimmy John’s is worlds better than Subway, faster service and so much tastier.

Haven't been to Jimmy Johns yet - not in my area. WalMart subs are surprisingly good and well-filled - much better than Subway (used to patronize them regularly).

Their cheddar and turkey looks like those piled-high sandwiches you see advertised by others. They run around $5-$6 in at least four varieties.
