When Bill Kristol swore he would never vote for President Donald Trump, he meant it. The longtime conservative commentator took to Facebook today to admit that he is a Democrat—for now.
In a tweet, the former editor-at-large of the now-defunct Weekly Standard, declared: "Not presumably forever; not perhaps for a day after Nov. 3, 2020; not on every issue or in every way until then. But for the time being one has to say: We are all Democrats now."

Yeah I’m not a bible thumper either even though I was raised Pentecostal. The rest of my family still is. They live in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. They were all Democrats. Leftovers from the old politics. About 15 years ago I was back there visiting and that’s more or less the argument I made to them. How can you claim to be a Christian and vote for someone who believes killing babies is okay? I don’t take credit for it but every single one of them are Republicans now. And most are huge Trump fans.

That’s a great thing that they vote R.
When it become clear way back that dems ardently supported abortion, they lost a lot of first and even second generation Italian out here.
I’ll be honest, the 3rd and 4th generations don’t seem to care at all about it or actually support it.
The old timers and even people like me who are in their 50s couldn’t vote for them just because of that.
