"Someone didn't learn to code." I think someone either learned to code exactly as they were told, or more likely the results of the poll weren't to someone's liking. Or perhaps the interviewers were told to leave out certain names every 5 interviews ... but I think most likely the second -> someone didn't like the results.
It smells deeply of 'not a coincidence' given the way the polling has been tilting and given the timing.
