They found that all four of these spike protein inserts appear as matches to at least one sequence in at least one variant of the HIV virus. The sequences come from the gp120 and Gag proteins in HIV, the former of which is also a viral envelope recognition protein. This has led many to credulously assume that this is evidence, or even a strong indication, that 2019-nCoV was engineered from its bat ancestor by humans inserting HIV sequences.
But they’re wrong; it’s still not engineered. An analysis of the paper clearly reveals that:
1. There is nothing remarkable about the fact that 2019-nCoV’s sequence diverges from its nearest known relative, or that its unique sequences are conserved among cases of 2019-nCoV.
2. The sequence matches with HIV are very short and appear in hypervariable regions of both virus, and similar overlaps are seen between 2019-nCoV sequences and many other organisms.
3. The unique biological properties that HIV sequences could theoretically impart to another virus are completely missing from 2019-nCoV, and 2019-nCoV has no unique clinical properties that are outside what is known to be possible for a coronavirus.
In other words, the sequence overlap is not actually uncanny, and there is no big scoop here. The group in India fell prey to some of the pitfalls of bioinformatics research.
The 2019-nCoV genome does not contain remarkable genomic properties which need explaining, and for which we’d look to some kind of bioengineering as a cause.
2019-nCoV continues to give every appearance of being a wild coronavirus that jumped from bats to humans by way of an animal intermediary in the Huanan seafood market in Wuhan in late 2019.

All this article proves, if true, is that the characteristics of the virus do not prove that it was engineered, but neither do they prove it wasn’t.
And yet patient zero STILL had no contact with the market where all of this supposedly started.
Unfortunately the lie’s halfway around the world...
And, all of the so-called first-hand information is ciming from a Communist government intent on suppressing the truth and withholding information.
I would like to get a look into the research files at that level 4 lab that just happens to be in Wuhan.

The Beijing branch of China’s National Health Commission said that a combination of lopinavir and ritonavir, sold under the brand name Kaletra by AbbVie, is part of its latest treatment plan for patients infected by the virus, which has killed at least 56 people in China and sickened more than 2,000 worldwide.
The NHC said that while there is not yet any effective anti-viral drug, it recommends patients are given two lopinavir and ritonavir tablets twice a day and a dose of alpha-interpheron through nebulization twice daily.
Medical journal Lancet said on Friday that a clinical trial is under way using ritonavir and lopinavir to treat cases of the new coronavirus. Meanwhile, China’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention will start developing a vaccine, according to the Global Times.
Wang Guangfa, a respiratory expert at Peking University First Hospital in Beijing who was infected by the virus after visiting Wuhan to inspect to coronavirus patients, told China News Week earlier this week that his doctor recommended he take the HIV drugs to fight the new virus and they worked on him.

Interesting considering faucci mentioned HiV tonight in the briefing. He knows HIV. He dont know what to expect with this one. And he knows it. Just my read. He also looked sullen when the CDc guy closed like he knew it was a lie.
Makes sense, but who is Ari Allyn-Feuer? Is he an epidemiologist?
Conversely, if you were trying to engineer new envelope proteins into coronavirus, you might take some of the sequences of HIV envelope proteins (e.g. those sequences that encode a region allowing anchoring/embedding in the lipid envelope) - and then add different sequences to the receptor-binding region of the envelope protein, creating a hybrid envelope protein with only a small amount of HIV sequences.
The bottom line is that the sequencing they've done doesn't exclude, nor conclude that genetic engineering was performed on this strain of coronavirus. I am assuming it wasn't genetically engineered, but such a thing is definitely possible.
Because they were used to treat SARS, it was assumed they may work for this virus.
In other words, years after infection by the coronavirus, the victim develops AIDS.
The fact that there’s a big communist Chinese bio weapons lab right there at the infection epicenter - and that it’s been critiqued for inadequate safety containment - are still very curious.
There’s only so much they can contain.
We now have 153 people whose blood can be worked over, the virus isolated, and studied in labs.
I wouldn’t be surprised if China is letting out some information in medical circles. I may be wrong with regard to that.
Somehow we had a pretty good idea how to treat the patients we have. It seems the other nations around the world are having some success too.
Of these 153 cases outside China so far, nobody has died.
I don’t think all these nations have optimal medical facilities, or the latest medicines.
Somehow they are making due.
To tell the truth, this is all very interesting.

Why would they put HIV in a bio weapon when medical science has almost cured it at this point.
