Philbin just stuck a knife into the heart of the House’s impeachment effort, and is reminding the Senators that if they continue it, the BLOOD of our Constitutional Republic will be on their hands!
Media seeks the lowest bar and the juiciest tops that draw eyeballs, hence one reason our country is messed up, an idiocracy electorate.
Philbin makes a strong point that the Senate does not want to accept this kind of halfway done impeachment effort, because it will become the new normal, and put new requirements on a Senate trial.
Better than watching Schiff swat at imaginary flies.
Philbin is also doing a phenomenal job.

Rush made a good point today. He said the Democrats hate Bolton, despise him. But they will gladly use him to push their narrative.
This is a purely political hatchet job. They’ve wanted the president gone since he announced his candidacy and will do anything to make it happen. Facts and truth be damned. Proper legal procedure and due process also be damned.
Pretty much. Not 100%, there are some exceptional ways out of that, especially in a criminal trial with exculpatory stuff late to the scene.
My point was that a "proper" or "justified" impeachment depends much more on good faith, than does court process. In court process, the rules and the judges try to make both sides "play fair." There is no such intermediary in impeachment. The two sides do open battle with no referee but the ignorant public and partisan press.
