The Trump lawyers need to do a very specific tear down of the house intelligence hearings. Show the timing of breaks and Schiffhead running for the cameras. Show them tearing down Devin Nunes. They also should be mentioning the 18th house witness and his transcript over and over. Hiding exculpatory evidence.

The media in this country are a product of the Universities in this country!! Until we do SOMETHING about the education system in this country, OR refuse to take on the debt for that USELESS education the country will continue to slide into socialism!!!
Depends on the issue, These days it is mostly opposing opinions or "we have to tell the liar's side too, to be fair."
Even the supposedly "honest" side is willing to adopt dishonest and misleading framing of issues, and more often than not, is ignorant of basic process and fundamental fact.
News programming is a waste of time at best. To the extent you adopt a position advanced by EITHER side, you are likely harboring significant mistaken beliefs.

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
As a practical matter, the oath is drivel. I can think of hundreds of things Congress does in violation of the constitution, yet all are sworn to uphold it.
