It says public bodies should lead the way by offering plant-based options with all meals.

If they do this, doesn’t that mean that we would have to increase production of other farm products, to produce these plant based options they prefer?

And won’t the production of these plants increase greatly the use of water and evil fossil fuels used in farming?

Couldn’t their proposed solutions actually be counter productive?

Since when does that stop the econazis from imposing their edicts? Take ethanol gasoline where the overall effects are more resource intensive and takes away food producing acreage off the market.

What will the use of the extensive solar and windmill farms do to take away land used for agriculture? This does not address the area for battery back-up and transmission lines. Also, it does not address the energy used to build and transport batteries, solar panels and windmills. With all those needed solar panels, what are they going to use to keep them clean? Maybe all those problems will be solved with a kiss from the Fairy Queen as those Environweenies sleep.

Yes! How will devoting more land to crops help climate change? Won’t more trees have to be cut down, more fuel to run machinery, more pesticides and weedkillers used, and more water? This is nuts! Ditto for the silly “eat locally”, organic, and non-GMO movements. They are all an attempt to stop progress and will result in a dirtier, less healthy world.
