I read yesterday that a Chinese Dr in a hospital there said that he has seen a few patients who presented with abdominal/intestinal symptoms a couple of days prior to respiratory symptoms. That hasn’t gotten much attention.

A 10-year-old boy with "ground glass" appearance in lungs on X-ray (I Googled, it's a real term)...and *asymptomatic* including *no fever*.
