The second suspect, identified as William Tolliver, has 44 arrests, one felony conviction and 18 gross misdemeanor convictions, records show.

I see no sign of their trying to turn heir lives round despite what their tearful mothers will say.

Society should ask for such people to be sequestered away from innocent citizens.

How many convictions does it take to get the idea they should stay in jail?

I wonder what these youths do for a living, seeing that they seem to be caught up in all these arrests? I can think of 2 likely professions.

Should be one strike and you are out. A lot of politicians, prosecutors and judges should be stretching ropes for this crap...all over the country.

And those are just the numbers for after they turned 18. 3-4 more years of “juvenile” crime are under seal.
