Here’s the real test. When the Pubs get their rebuttal time, watch for:
1.) The Rats constantly objecting.
2.) McConnell allowing them to do so.
3.) McConnell sustaining their objections.
Correct. The GOP Senate will do the minimum required in support of POTUS. In this case it will be acquitting him and no more. Gum flapping like Graham did today while mildly entertaining is not substantive.

They’re not perfect (and some are very bad) but most of them want to be reelected and most of them know which side their bread is buttered on. Encourage, don’t shoot down.
