The house managers are presenting witnesses. Indirectly through the videos. In the house hearing Nadler and Schiff restricted the questions the witnesses could be asked. In other words no cross examination by trump’s attorneys.

In doing this they are getting witnesses in as “truth.”

Caught a little during lunch today, and heard Schiff complain about Trump seeking “outside interference” with the election. Then he played a video of Trump making the joke about Russia finding Hillary’s emails! These people are completely unhinged from reality.

And more insidious, they are using their favorable snippets and certainly not the end results of damning cross examinations. I am confident that no court would allow cherry picking of videos, interviews or communications to be used as evidence. The entire script or video would have to be revealed. This is ridiculous and can not believe it is being allowed.
