I am confident that no court would allow cherry picking of videos, interviews or communications to be used as evidence. The entire script or video would have to be revealed. During the house inquiry, all I heard from republicans was that “it’s hearsay, not admissible in any court of law, it will not be allowed in the senate trial.” The clowns Nadler & Schiff are entering into the record pure speculation and hearsay, the GOP is doing nothing ???

I caught some of that, Preibus sat there and let them say nonsense like “this is serious now, because Trump has asked another govt to interfere in our upcoming election.” He said nothing. He should have have taken her to task. “That’s a total fabrication, there is no proof of that, you need to retract that”. He sat there for most of it, as they bashed Trump.. I was so infuriated I turned it off.. All Preibus was thinking about was his job, worried if he really defended the Presient and took these MSM whores to task, he wouldn’t be invited back to any MSM gigs. In a standard legal proceeding, yes, they should recuse. But in today’s political climate, it is unreasonable to think ANY politician can be “impartial”. Look at the House vote on articles of impeachment. Look at all the straight party line votes yesterday. The oath of impartiality is a joke, and the trial a political circus. The Republicans should have exercised their power and dismissed rather than subject the nation to this divisive, politically motivated act of desperation from Pelosi, Schiff and company.

Here's the real test. When the Pubs get their rebuttal time, watch for:

1.) The Rats constantly objecting.

2.) McConnell allowing them to do so.

3.) McConnell sustaining their objections.

ask why the House managers do not have direct primary evidence for any claim

explain to the Senate they wanted you to do their homework for them which is verboten in any court of law (Judge and jury weigh evidence AT HAND and are not PRSECUTORS OR DEFENDENTS)

explain the Articles are vague by design for political points/weak impeachment excuse

state House mangers are tyrannical by denying due process during the Intelligence Committee inquiry

declare this trial MUST be declared null and void based on lack of evidence as well as hyper-partisanship
