Barr’s father was gone from the school before they hired Epstein. That’s the left inventing a connection.
I have looked at several links. It seems that Donald Barr was at that school for a while after Epstein was hired. Here is a link. I plan to look further after dinner.

Researching this stuff gets complicted, just trying to determine what is a true quote and what is a report of someone’s quote. At any rate, according to Wikipedia on Barr’s father, he left the school a year after Epstein was hired. There is also a note about Donald Barr’s authorship of a book in 1973 with plotting similar to Epstein’s behavior.

Then I looked at this Newsweek article about AG Barr’s conflict of interest for working at a law firm involved with the Florida Epstein case. Here Barr was suggesting he might recuse himself from Epstein matters, but elsewhere I saw that he said he would not recuse. In this article there was also the interesting connection that Alan Durshowitz was also involved with Epstein. He is now involved with the Senate impeachment. Oye veh. This is getting way too complicated and creepy. No more research today. ;-(
