He’s got it completely backwards. The Senate is NOT on trial, but the House is. The house failed to protect the enumerated constitutional rights of the President, a US citizen. The incompetent, weak leaders in the House know this, and fear greatly of being exposed for it. It is these scoundrels who will be tried, and found guilty.
The democrats should be on trial for fraud. They are basically admitting they impeached a President without evidence.
