Queen Victoria was known as the GRANDMOTHER OF EUROPE, because she 1) had a LOT of children who married other kings & queens of other nation 2) the royals of all European nations intermarried from time immemorial 3) usually NEVER first cousins, or even second cousins, but there were some exceptions.
Far too many here still say that the Windsors are GERMANS...WRONGLY! Many wives/queens ( especially for the past 100 years ) were either from old BRIT/SCOTT families,or from family branch in Denmark.
