CNN is catching heat from viewers for their questioning of Senator Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) at the Democratic debate Tuesday night.
Just a day earlier, it was reported that Sanders had told fellow presidential candidate, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Ma.), in 2018 that a woman could not win the election, something Sanders has vehemently denied.
But despite Sanders’s repeated denials, CNN moderator Abby Phillip went ahead with a line of questioning that made it sound as if there was no doubt Sanders had in fact said it.
“So Senator Sanders, I do want to be clear here,” Phillip said, “you’re saying that you never told Senator Warren that a woman could not win the election.” “That is correct,” Sanders replied.
Phillip then immediately turned to Warren and asked, “Senator Warren, what did you think when Senator Sanders told you a woman could not win the election?”
This garnered groans and laughter from the audience. Viewers at home also took notice and #CNNisTrash quickly started trending on Twitter.

While the issue about whether a woman could win the election seems to be an attack on Bernie, it is in fact a slam at Trump and an attempt to drag back the female support Trump has attracted. They have 10 months to attract back all of those screaming, crying women from election night 2016, and turn them out on the streets in front of the cameras. They know some of those loonies have realized over the last three years that Trump was not the menace they’d been warned about.
Expect the same BS to peel off other segments (blacks, Hispanics, gays, etc.); they are trying to regroup the Dem base - especially because his 2016 win was only possible with a lot of Dem votes in his column.
Aside from Pocohantas' deceptive body language this was all staged by CNN and Warren. Warren would not shake Bernie's hand at the very beginning. Unfortunately these two don't realize that the establishment are trying to take these two Democrat Socialists down a notch so Biden can ascend!!

This debate completely slipped by me. I was literally wondering yesterday when the debates will start again this year.
It must have been a snooze fest because I listened to Ingraham on my way to work this morning and there was not a peep about it.
The dems will only throw 2 billion dollars at a candidate that is already thoroughly bought and paid for. Sanders is only in it to keep the loony left on the reservation.
He knows he won’t get the nomination, and will be happy with another vacation house at the end of it all.
Ok - we all know by now that CNN does not care what anyone says or thinks about them - as long as they are talking about CNN. They will take any publicity.

CNN is part of the Dem ruling class. They’re going to do everything they can to stop Bernie. This will drive the Bernie Bros into a further rage, if such a thing is possible. Hilarity ensues, without violence, I hope. Those Bernie Bros have a history of real violence, so I do worry.
If Sanders gets the most votes he is still going to lose just like he did last time. The Democratic primary was fixed it was corrupt he kept his little communist mouth shut. He talks a big game about high morals but when somebody bought him a lake house for six hundred grand he remained silent about crimes against democracy.

I hope Trump insists on at least a few of the debates being in a fair venue. And to couple the liberal moderators with conservative ones. He has enough pull now I think he can do that, and have the people behind him all the way.
