Bloomberg needs to be stopped and frisked daily for carrying and promoting outrageous policies.

Disarm law abiding Americans and subject them to the votes of criminals. Sounds like a great plan.

Ok. WOW! Democrats have gone from being the party of working class middle income Americans (circa 50’s/60’s) to being the party for Illegal Aliens, the gender confused, TERRORISTS, and now felon’s.

Quite the base.

Voting access is an important issue for the party’s minority voters, who are often seen as targeted by Republican lawmakers.

Can anyone, anywhere, cite examples of this happening?

I know Stacey Abrams has been full of bluster on this issue, but I’ve yet to hear anyone cite particular cases where this has happened. Stacey and others talk in general terms about this, but is it really “the big lie”, that if repeated often enough, becomes accepted as truth? This article seems to accept as a given that Republicans are taking away voting rights. Where did the writers of this article get that idea?

I didn’t realize certain powers were conferred to dumb-ass candidates.

Without the republicans retaking complete control while Trump is president then there is little hope to fix so many serious problems with this country. One of those problems that will soon spell “Doom” is the issue of vote fraud. It is how the democrats win. And it is also why the republicans will probably never regain total control. In fact they are likely to loose it all. And then America will be finished.

Bloomberg knows this all too well.

"Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg would seek to standardize federal elections across the United States and prevent states from blocking felons from voting under a plan aimed at expanding access to elections rolled out on Friday."
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Mr. Bloomberg is probably the kind of misguided politician that post-Civil War constitutional lawmakers had feared imo.

Patriots, beware that Bloomberg’s ideas are evidence that the constitutionally undefined political parties are still fighting the cold war part of the Civil War imo.

More specifically, in stark contrast to Bloomberg’s support for voting rights for felons, post-Civil War Republican lawmakers were evidently concerned that minority Democrats might try to flip a state blue in a federal election through ballot box manipulation. This is evidenced by constitutional lawmakers including language in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment that respects state disenfranchisement of criminals.

Corrections, insights welcome.

Remember in November!

Sure, let’s march the felons out of their prisons and to the polling places every Election Day.

What could possibly go wrong? I mean surely they wouldn’t, like, escape or anything? /s

Non-partisan commission. Never existed in the entire history of the world. EVERYONE has biases, those who appoint the board members certainly will pick those who support the result they wish.
