Domestic enemy of America. Democrat.
Bloomberg needs to be stopped and frisked daily for carrying and promoting outrageous policies.
He has no authority to tell the states anything.
Disarm law abiding Americans and subject them to the votes of criminals. Sounds like a great plan.
Felons for Bloomberg!!!
Bloomberg campaigning on Rights for Rapists!
Ok. WOW! Democrats have gone from being the party of working class middle income Americans (circa 50’s/60’s) to being the party for Illegal Aliens, the gender confused, TERRORISTS, and now felon’s.
Quite the base.
Voting access is an important issue for the partys minority voters, who are often seen as targeted by Republican lawmakers.
Can anyone, anywhere, cite examples of this happening?
I know Stacey Abrams has been full of bluster on this issue, but I’ve yet to hear anyone cite particular cases where this has happened. Stacey and others talk in general terms about this, but is it really “the big lie”, that if repeated often enough, becomes accepted as truth? This article seems to accept as a given that Republicans are taking away voting rights. Where did the writers of this article get that idea?
I didn’t realize certain powers were conferred to dumb-ass candidates.
Without the republicans retaking complete control while Trump is president then there is little hope to fix so many serious problems with this country. One of those problems that will soon spell “Doom” is the issue of vote fraud. It is how the democrats win. And it is also why the republicans will probably never regain total control. In fact they are likely to loose it all. And then America will be finished.
Bloomberg knows this all too well.
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Mr. Bloomberg is probably the kind of misguided politician that post-Civil War constitutional lawmakers had feared imo.
Patriots, beware that Bloombergs ideas are evidence that the constitutionally undefined political parties are still fighting the cold war part of the Civil War imo.
More specifically, in stark contrast to Bloombergs support for voting rights for felons, post-Civil War Republican lawmakers were evidently concerned that minority Democrats might try to flip a state blue in a federal election through ballot box manipulation. This is evidenced by constitutional lawmakers including language in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment that respects state disenfranchisement of criminals.
14th Amendment, Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime [emphases added], the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State."
Note that later amendments to the Constitution effectively changed the voting eligibility criteria indicated in Section 2.
Corrections, insights welcome.
Remember in November!
MAGA! Now KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)
BloomCrook, felons - birds of a feather.
Losing too many potential voters Doomsberg?
The criminal political party needs their criminal voters.
Sure, let’s march the felons out of their prisons and to the polling places every Election Day.
What could possibly go wrong? I mean surely they wouldn’t, like, escape or anything? /s
Non-partisan commission. Never existed in the entire history of the world. EVERYONE has biases, those who appoint the board members certainly will pick those who support the result they wish.
Democrats need the criminal vote... that’s a substantial part of their base.
Right, we need felons voting because there are so good at making decisions. Apparently as good as Michael. Lol.
