Pretty funny. I remember when TNG first came out. I called it “Star Trek for women”.

I was really excited when it started, but found the stories uninteresting. Once they introduced the Borg, the entire show picked up. I think it ultimately had at least as many good episodes as the original series. Interesting that they had to have the first Officer Riker on hand to supply the manliness that was lacking in Picard/Stewart.
