I obviously feel bad for the pilot and passengers.
I am strangely sympathetic to an Iranian SAM operator. I’m not sure why. I suppose it is because I’ve been in combat and well understand the fog of war. What a burden to bear.
There is video of the takedown. The camera operator knew exactly where to aim into a black sky to catch the impact.
What are the odds of doing that by accident?

Right, see my comment just above. I timed the delayed sound of the explosion. Camera operator was about 1.5 miles away, plane was virtually indiscernible, yet right in the center of camera frame.
That doesn’t seem likely to be an accidental filming.

And unintentional is not a precise description and can mean many things.
You assume this is the only camera in operation.
There were probably hundreds of camera trained onto the sky and this one happened to catch something.
He pretty much blamed Trump.
