Iranian retaliation begins with missile attack on Iraqi airbase

Initial reports stated that 9 rockets hit the Ain al-Assad airbase on Tuesday. The base hosts American soldiers.
Heavy missile attacks were carried out by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps on the Ain al-Assad air base in Iraq that hosts both Iraqi and US soldiers on Tuesday night. Nine missiles hit the airbase, according to Al-Hadath.

Yeah its not really his fault, he just posts what Iran posts online but its fake news..just like with Hamas when they post photos of dead kids but those kids have apparently been killed multiple times in other instances
For those on Twitter, #imamofpeace (Imam of Peace / Pray for Peace) typically has very good info on Iraq/Iran events. Apparently online Iranian sites are recycling missile launch photos from 2017 and claiming it’s from tonight. The attack is very real, but they are already starting with the propaganda.
I doubt B-52s will be used.
We will use cruise missiles and drones.
No need to endanger live troops.

2nd round of missile/rocket attacks reported, but no confirmation.
#1 - Next to ZERO likelihood any have been fired FROM Iran. (Regime is NOT suicidal).
#2 - Probably proxy - directed, and (see #3)
#3 - Probably very ineffective (barring a lucky strike) and
#4 - Possibly being played up on Iran TV so they can SAVE FACE for not effectively doing anything in response.
Time will tell. But those were my initial thoughts. However, at this stage, all reports on what is going on should be taken with a LARGE grain of salt.
