Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes told investigative reporter Sara Carter that Republicans are currently investigating Intel Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.
GOP lawmakers asked Mr. Atkinson to reveal who changed the whistleblower complaint form to allow for second-hand info and office gossip.

I’d love to believe him but how exactly do a group of Republicans in the House conduct an investigation?
Atkinson is a swamp creature active in an attempted bureaucratic coup against President Trump.
He needs to be held accountable for his attempt to curtail legitimate Presidential exercise of power.Why has he NOT been fired already?

Gateway Pundit’s headlines often sound much stronger than what is in the article. Very disappointing.
Because if he was fired without solid proof and documentation the taxpayers would end up paying him millions of dollars in a wrongful termination suit. And giving him his job back.
That’s why all these things take longer than we’d like.
I’d say they have to tee it up for the senate, which they’ve had a lot of stuff tee’d up for quite some time in the senate, but w/ zero results.

The Ranking Member Nunes, of the House minority, has rights. He is One who is not afraid to use them.
IG Atkinson pushed a Second hand version case, against protocols. Not an Error, but Complicit.
Atkinson “swerves” at the pleasure of the president. What he did was a crime.
It seems to be simple open and shut.
He changed a form to include hearsay to get a result he could not otherwise obtain, putting the process of complaint outside the rules of evidentiary probative value. Its just a way to defraud government. And such fraud is criminal.
Textbook criminal conspiracy. It is an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime at some time in the future.

The whole deal was queer and the timing suspicious.
President Obama was changing all sorts of rules/policies between departments in the window between the 2016 election and Trump’s inauguration in January 2017.
This horse already left the impeachment barn. The time to shine a bright light on the IC IG was immediately after the CIA hoaxblower launched his assault on POTUS from his desk at Langley.

Most likely the IC IG and CIA hoaxblower are useful idiots being used as cut outs by House Dems. But we are likely never to know the true story because of the delay in investigating it in a timely manner.
Not exactly. He’s not a Civil Service employee, he was nominated to a position and confirmed by the Senate. He can be removed without cause. He does not have any job protection requiring he get due process before he is removed. He has no cause of action to sue even if fired
