Blow the military assets to hell and stomp the cinders till they're dead--- please and thank you--- because that is directly relevant to eliminating the bad guys.
But targeting civilian lives and cultural assets would be a disaster of world-historic magnitude. The most valuable asset we could ever have in Iran is a wide spectrum of Iranians who realize that we are not their enemy and they are not our enemy.
We (USA) are not aggressive cultural vandals like the morons who are their current Islamofascist warlords.
You don't have to *become* an imbecile to fight the imbeciles.
Think for a minute. He is not going to target cultural sites unless the Mullahs try to use them as a sanctuary or hide their missle program in them. He is just letting them know they shouldn’t feel safe if they do that.
That said. I am not in favor of going after cultural sites. I also don't think that they should be off the table. Let Trump's unpredictability be his strength. They don't seem to care about the lives of women and small children, maybe this gets their attention.

I love President Trump and think he is the most transparent, common-sense president of all time. His military leaders propose all the targets and Trump isn’t pulling out the World Book Encyclopedia to find Iranian “cultural sites”.
Trump wants Iran at the negotiating table and I’ll bet they come in short order. As Trump says frequently, let see what happens.
