In fact, Iran has significant problems with water supply, as the water table in some areas has dropped over 150 feet, due to heavy usage. So, due to that, and growing electrical demand, they have done what CA should have... But, all those high dams make them very vulnerable to attack, too.
The Saudis can’t even defend themselves, despite their extraordinary defense budget. However, they can be helpful in other ways...
Forget the dams proper, target their power plants and substation. WW2 and the attacks on the Roer dams showed just how hard it is to take one down. taking out the power plants is a far easier task with equally devastating effects.
God bless our President. I am savoring every moment of Trump’s presidency, especially in circumstances like this. I am almost 64 years old and I know that after President Trump’s second term, we will NEVER see his kind of leadership again.

I would target those elements of Iranian society that oppress their people (e.g. those military and police organizations that put down rebellions). Also take out their nuclear facilities and missile research.
