I don’t have much respect for this Pope, but she should not have jerked him around like that.

When you get older being jerked around like that can hurt you.

It startled him and he reacted.

It was over in short order. I’m not going to fault him.

He went over to be kind in the first place. Then she rewarded him by yanking him around.

Thanks for posting.

I agree that the woman’s pulling on his arm probably triggered some adrenaline in the pope. But I question his alleged foul language and then turning away from the woman with a skowl on his face.

Consider that Matthew 15:22-28 shows that Jesus initially handled the plea of a Canaanite woman for her daughter by not replying to the woman. But unlike the pope, Jesus turned the encounter into a lesson of faith.

I pretty much agree...few people would like anyone to yank and pull on their arm as she did and if you slow down the video it looked like he certainly felt the yank. And after he was obviously angered by it all and I don’t blame him.
