So, semimojo, can YOU explain why Atkinson was writing a letter to both Congressional Intelligence Oversight Committee chairmen on the complaint as an urgent concern just moments after receiving it

No, I can't explain. In fact, I can't believe it and don't find your argument that "it's known" to be compelling.

I understand about metadata and I also understand that it can be lost or altered as files are converted - from Word to PDF for example.

Your unwillingness to produce the files to back up your claims is beginning to smell fishy.

Just a day ago you were arguing vociferously that it was not ICIG Michael Atkinson who forwarded the WB’s complaint to Congress despite his own testimony and public admission.

I still argue that. Every report I've seen says the complaint wasn't given to anyone in Congress before September 25th.

Provide a source to show that I'm wrong.

Why are you being so protective of Atkinson?

I'm protective of reason. Your half-baked theories don't make any sense - they lack motive - and your unwillingness to back up your extreme claims with any documentation is revealing.

Just trying to help out those who want to approach this situation in an informed way.

Then you have not been paying attention to the facts. It has been a known fact that Adam Schiff was involved before the ICIG ever was involved. . . And, in fact sent Eric Ciamarella to Atkinson to set all of this in motion. The events are known and the cast of characters are being discovered.

Adam Schiff Received the Whistleblower Complaint a Month Ago and Didn't Report It Until Now, Why?
By Katie Pavlich — Town Hall.com — September 27, 2019

As Democrats move full speed ahead with their impeachment efforts and false claims of "collusion" or election meddling, holes continue to be blown through their allegations.

Yesterday the full whistleblower complaint against President Trump's alleged behavior during a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was released. The call took place in July, but the date on the letter and who it was sent to are raising questions.

The complaint is in fact dated August 12. It was sent to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff in addition to Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr. The news of the complaint didn't break until last weekend.

Two weeks ago and just before this news broke, the Department of Justice Inspector General announced he has completed the investigation in FISA abuse and the origins of the Russia investigation. I'm sure the timing is coincidental.

There was a lot more such contemporaneous discussion, and more that went into the meta data, looking for proof of Schiff’s perfidy. They knew he had more than he was letting on because Nancy called for impeachment so shortly afterwards and had to be working with the original complaint, not the phone call transcript. This was all planned, scripted, staged, and then opened to not so rave reviews when Trump released the actual transcript, something they thought he would never do, because it is never done. They were sure they’d be able to couch it in their own terms.
