DA NANG DICK IN DEMOCRATIC FUNK: "severe misgivings’ about Mitch's impeachment strategy"

WASHINGTON — Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal stated Thursday that he believes some Senate Republicans are concerned with Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s approach to working with the White House on how to handle the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump in the Senate.

“I’ve talked to anywhere from five to 10 of my colleagues who have very severe misgivings about the direction that Mitch McConnell is going in denying a full, fair proceeding with witnesses and documents. My hope is that they will say publicly what Senator Murkowski did, and really hold Mitch McConnell accountable,” the senator said during “Capitol News Briefing” on the Connecticut Network.

“I believe Sen. Murkowski is saying what a lot of my Republican colleagues are thinking, in fact, saying privately.”

He continued that McConnell is “sabotaging this proceeding by saying he won’t be impartial.” (SOURCE: USA Today)

If you’ve never met Blumenthal, you don’t know Dick.

Senate Democrats coordinated with the Clinton White House during Bill’s impeachment trial.

So, please spare me the righteous indignation from all you hypocrites!

“I’ve talked to anywhere from five to 10 of my colleagues who have very severe misgivings about the direction that Mitch McConnell is going in denying a full, fair proceeding with witnesses and documents...

Total BS -- like most of his life story. His inability to recall whether "five" or "10" of his colleagues have misgivings is a telltale sign that he is a lying dick.

So, tell me, Dick...what do you think about the process in the House?

The rats sure protected Clinton during his impeachment trial....and he was accused of real crimes. There is no real crime mentioned in the two articles of impeachment. The right thing to do is to dismiss it entirely.

THE FOUNDERS’ NIGHTMARE: DEMOCRATS FORGING AN EXTRA-LEGAL PATH TO TOTAL POWER OVER AMERICANS:
The rushed House articles were a means to an end – House lawyers could argue in court that all of the constitutionally contended material required as evidence for pending judicial proceedings....... a trial in the Senate. (hat tip conservative treehouse)

ITS SHOWTIME .....all the prior evidence debated for inclusion and legal additions to “articles of impeachment” were dropped. Instead the House focused only on quickly framing two articles that could facilitate pending court cases. Remember, the House never voted to “authorize the full judicial impeachment process;” they voted to approve an “inquiry” into whether an impeachment should take place.

MARK THIS WELL By not voting to authorize articles of impeachment the House never gained ‘judicial enforcement authority‘. The house wrecking crew have assembled a back-door attempt to position a valid claim for evidence against the accused without having first gained judicial authority for it.

Speaker Pelosi has yet to send the two articles of impeachment to the Senate.

(hat tip Edwinland)
Piglosi is playing a cunning waiting game...her strategy is to get the courts to give her:
<><> Trump’s taxes
<><> all the Mueller Grand Jury raw transcripts
<><> Mulvaney and other’s testimony

These items are all currently before the courts....ergo, if Piglosi can delay acquittal or dismissal until they decide...... she will get all three.

Harvard Trump hater Noah Feldman’s is Nanzi’s wingman-——she sent him out with a fool’s errand:
to flout the made-up theory that there’s no impeachment until she mails the letter.

Nanzi’s hoped-for result is to trick McConnell into not dismissing or acquitting until the enumerated cases above are decided.

NB: If McConnell acquits or dismisses before the courts rule she will get nothing.

“Ugly inside and out. His very presence exudes evil.”

Why can’t the GOP find a Veteran with impeccable credentials, a quick wit, solid principles, and engaging personality, to run against Blumenthal?

Murkowski was primaries and defeated but came back and ran as a write-in and won the general thanks to the Democrats switching to vote for her.
