Thank you. Did not know about the Feast of the Innocents. Moving my Christmas candles to one window to commemorate tonight.
Pray for all the innocent babies who were killed this year. Just as evil as evil King Herod.
Wonder why they did not make Right to Life day the same as this feast day...

RTL Day/ Anniversary of Roe v. Wade
I dont know where you live but after reading your post Im glad I dont live there.
Sing, sing little children sing,
Of a country far away,
Of a little baby on its Mother’s knee,
That first fair Christmas Day.
Of a manger rude and bare,
And the Mother, sweet and mild,
And the soft eyed oxen standing there
Around a little child.
Sing, Sing little children sing,
Of the Shepherds on the hill,
Of the wondrous light in the bending skies,
When all was calm and still.
Of a song that ne’er shall cease
Tho’ the world be vast and wild,
Of he that sings a realm of peace
Ruled by a little child.
Sing, sing little children sing,
For the years will roll away
And will carry with it along its flight
The charms of Christmas Day.
But preserve in purity
This sweet truth all undefiled
The Almighty Lord of earth and sea,
Was once a little child.
My mother, now long departed, enjoyed writing poetry. Above is one of hers. Perhaps not apropos to this post, but I just found it among my mother’s effects.

What a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful poem! Some talented person should set it to music.Your mother must have been a saint. Thank you for sharing it with us all. God bless you and
keep you in the New Year!

How wonderful. I agree with others here who have suggested having it set to music. (NOT Contemporary Christian!) It has classic, timeless lyrics.
That is appropriate, too.
I love babies absolutely love babies I changed all the diapers for all my three children which of course made my wife very happy
now heres what I told my two kids about the Republican and the Democratic Party
the Democratic Party hates babies -wants to kill them kill them dead - chop up their bodies to sell their body parts for money !
the Republican Party loves babies , want babies to be born ! and wants them to be cared for
so who do you wanna vote for?
They said but momma loves babies . I said yep but her PARTY hates em !
I also gave both of my kids 40 bucks cash when Donald Trump won the presidency and said this is how Republicans are all they give you money Democrats just take money away from you
I am old but when I see a young mother with her child it always melts my heart. Mothers don't need an instruction manual. They instinctively know how to care for the young ones.
I'm blessed to live in a area where young mothers are honored. I feel sorry for those 40 something women in New York City, who traded babies for "a career". Now they sit alone in their 400 square foot apartment surrounded by their plethora of cats.
What a great post! Thanks, GovDinwiddie!
Abortion is an unspeakable evil, but I don’t think teen pregnancy/marriage is something to be celebrated. If it happens it happens and good for those girls for choosing life. But I don’t see how getting married before someone is mature enough to know themselves is something to be encouraged. Some people marry as teens and have a long and happy marriage but they seem to be the exception rather than the rule. Also, if having a big family is what makes you happy more power to you but if you can’t have a lot of kids I wouldn’t beat yourself up. I only had 1 brother growing up and I never felt deprived of anything.
I should probably ask why you feel that way but I wont because you are probably the kind of person he does not want in his community.
You do realize that what you posted is a vanity, and vanities are not news. This belongs in chat. As do all vanities.
