I see Okratoker is on the wrong side as usual. He was obviously obvious from the day he signed up, I happened to run into him and could tell right away.
Terrorists do not fall under the Geneva Convention rules. They are not uniformed military combatants. I read everything I could find about Gallgher and he was innocent and framed and some people lied to convict him.
