You are supposed to educate them, not kick them out. This provision will force teachers to be better. I am all for it.

The expulsion is almost lways because they have become so disruptive that they are preventing the good students from learning. It benefits education.

I think supporters of this new law would agree with you...
Like you, I am all for forcing teachers to be better.
But, this is a bad law.
A student is brought to the principal’s office for refusing to move to another class. His teacher told him to stay in another class until recess because he was really being noisy. The pricipal could warn the student that he could be suspended. With this new law, the principal cannot warn that student like that.
Sometimes an administrator has to suspend a student...
