An Uber driver who said he was being choked from behind by one of his passengers as they tussled outside the vehicle in South Oakland early Tuesday drew his handgun, reached behind his head and shot his assailant, grazing him, police said.
That shot allowed Andrew Farkosh to get away from Phillip Pesano and his three friends, who had assaulted the driver and tried to steal his car keys, according to a criminal complaint.
Mr. Farkosh ran into a Sunoco station at Craft and Forbes avenues. When Pittsburgh police arrived on the scene around 1:49 a.m., they found Mr. Pesano talking to a University of Pittsburgh police officer outside the gas station.
"That Uber driver shot me," Mr. Pesano, his head bloodied, told police.

I use UBER frequently...and have heard stories like this before...I think this UBER driver will be fired though.
Usually, whomever calls 911 first, is considered the “victim”, and the others, perps.
Thankfully that’s not the case. And why investigations/interviews are conducted.
Don’t bring a knife to a gunfight?
Good idea. And don’t chase the guy you got away from, either.
Dude. You must be hurting to pick up riders in Oaktown at 1 am
Suicide wish
Yep, my late wife used to believe the same thing, until she got to see up close and personal, that statement is Bravo Sierra. She than would listen to me, when it came to Law Enforcement types. By your statement, the FBI are good guy's? They {FBI} were just asking some questions, {investigations/interviews} about P.O.T.U.S. Trump. Rolling my "F"-ing eye's.
On Christmas eve a few years ago, a friend's nephew was stabbed numerous times by a crazy Uber driver who accused the nephew of dissing his car.........The nephew and his wife were on their way home from a Christmas party.
While rolling your effing eyes try to pay attention. I never mentioned the FBI and my comments were directed at this story regarding local cops. Btw, any *legitimate* investigation requires obtaining evidence, statements/interviews etc, from witnesses, suspects and anyone involved etc. So you can stop making reckless baseless implications, allegations and inferences to me like what you're accusing the FBI of.
