Speaker Nancy Pelosi continues to withhold the House articles of impeachment from the Senate, further trivializing a serious constitutional power and process. Senate Republicans seem content to play along while ridiculing her gambit, but they should take their own duties more seriously and hold a trial.
One emerging dodge seems to be that President Trump isnt formally impeached until the articles are transmitted to the Senate. This is absurd.

I’ve read so much conflicting comments about this, rwo of whixh are: (1) Mitch says they can’t do anything unless/until Pelosi gives them the Articles. (2) SCOTUS says Senate can proceed without officially rrceiving the Articles.
Democrats violating Trump’s constitutional rights once again and denying him his 6th Amendment privileges.
The Senate needs to pick a date and tell nazi pelousey that if the articles aren’t delivered by then, the Senate will proceed even with the House managers in abstencia.
Wasn’t that from last Wed when everybody got onto Tee Vee?
I heard there was another Pelosi Galore video where she had some sort of epic meltdown. Do you know anything about this second video?
The Senate can dismiss, on the grounds that no crime has been committed. (I admit I haven’t read Schiff’s 600+ page “report”, but I suspect it has no proof of crimes).
I just read that in the Clinton impeachment the house finished December 15th and sent to senate January 7th.
Yes which is what nancys Basically doing.
These evil villains must be stopped.
Throw it in Nancys face. Announce that as the articles have been made public, the Senate deems them presented. Case dismissed for lack of evidence.
“I have posted this before, and I know it is a loooong shot, but perhaps the only recourse is for the White House and the Senate to appeal to the Supreme Court to dismiss the articles of impeachment, already passed by the House, as not withstanding Constitutional muster.”
The supreme court has no jurisdiction over impeachment. None at all. That is what “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments” means.
The intention is to lord the impeachment over Trump to get him to fall in line with their demands. Do X, or we will get Y Senators to convict and remove tomorrow. This is nothing more than a cudgel to beat him with to get him to do their bidding

...... well said (from your excellent page).
Sorry - should have thrown a “probably” in there.
Occam’s Razor is my source.
“Nancy Pelosi would refuse to name managers”
What ‘managers’? there is nothing in the constitution about any ‘managers’.
“SCOTUS says Senate can proceed without officially rrceiving the Articles.”
That, so far, seems to only be a rumor.
“The supreme court has no jurisdiction over impeachment. None at all.”
Then you missed this clause in the constitution: “When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside”
“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.”
They have the sole power to try. This does not mean they MUST try.
Especially with such bogus Articles. Especially when the House has failed to present the Articles.
It would be almost unconstitutional for the Senate to hold hearings or even vote to dismiss the Articles.
The only option of the Senate is to carry on with normal business and proceed as if impeachment has never occurred.
If at some future date - Nancy has Managers show up:
1. Refuse the Managers and the Articles. Return them prorsus rejecerunt.
Thank you!
