I'm thinking that articles of impeachment are never going to be transmitted.

Also, because hew own lawyers have said that the impeachment is not complete until the House sends the articles of impeachment is sent to the Senate.
Polosi is trying to stack the deck. The very last thing she wants is a “fair trial”.
