I have at least...uh, well, a few that I owned, purchased by me, much prior to 1986, not to mention those that I have inherited from my father, two uncles and a grandfather, prior to 1986.

I won't reveal the exact number, but if there at least 1/3 the amount of folks out there in my shoes, the number they cite in this report would probably double.

My Grandfathers owned firearms a long time ago. But I think they were destroyed in a fire. We haven’t seen them in a long time...

Yep - inherited a couple from Dad - one from 1914 and others pre WWII/Korea
