It's too soon to predict that the Democrats will go the way of the Whigs, but the oldest political party in the world is tripping over its own doctrines; making a public spectacle of its inability to coherently sponsor debates; riven by ideological fissures that seem to be widening; driving away two bedrock constituencies, the white working class and black voters; and hitching itself to a doomed impeachment effort that could cost it dearly next November.
It's a great time to be alive if you are a Republican!
Consider the forthcoming presidential debates.
Next Thursday's scheduled debate is being boycotted by all its candidates because the food service provider at the host institution, Loyola Marymount University — itself a second choice venue after UCLA was chosen and rejected because of a strike there — is experiencing a strike, and the candidates refuse to cross a picket line. DNC chair Tom Perez, a former secretary of labor, is leaning hard on the parties to the strike to settle their differences (do you suspect there may be some quid pro quo promises?), so the squabble between the two constituencies of the Democrats, higher education and left wing labor unions, can end.
But solving that issue is child's play compared to the "diversity" issue facing the debate scheduled for next February:
Nine Democratic presidential candidates have called on the Democratic National Committee to relax its debate standards next year, allowing some lower-polling rivals onto the stage.

If we are to defeat these vermin, we first need to call them by what they are. They are not liberals, friend. They are godless Leftists, totally corrupt and evil. They hate the sacred texts and documents, along with our traditions of Liberty and Freedom that Conservatives Americans cherish and seek to uphold. In other words, they hate America.
RBG and SCOTUS are the whole reason for this pony show...IMHO.

The trick is to show them a glitch in their matrix, that little inconsistency that forces them to start questioning their beliefs.
Every person is different and will be capable of understanding different glitches.
It is worth the effort.

It’s a great time to be alive if you are a Republican! It is also a time for controlled rage in being a Republican.
In this regard, I'm referring to the DNC as a criminal organization. It has well established rules of conduct, procedures for advancement, and other norms & routines common to the Mafia. After all, while the mob is only dabbling in billions, the DNC is handling $trillions upon trillions of dollars.
And operating this big and lucrative is not going to hand over the keys to a younger set. Again, think of how long it takes to advance in organized crime. Dues must be paid, formal initiation rites are observed, and respect for elders is enforced. If the younger kids like AOC want to mess around, they'll simply be knee capped.

I disagree.
This only works with normal people. Many of the democrats that I have spoken to have serious mental problems.
Many of the women have had abortions and claim that there are no regrets or guilty feelings. A normal person would not say that. Only a sociopath can say that.
Homosexuality used to be considered a mental illness until the medical community was forced to change it's position on this.
I guess I know more “normal” Democrats—no abortions, no gays...

You’re 100% correct. Most Jews embrace socialism as a kind of religion. The nascent state o Israel was a qusai-socialist state and still is. Their ‘’kibbutzim’’ system is a perfect of socialist style living. I think most Jews believe that ultimately government is supposed to be some kind of benevolent father who provides everything to it’s children.
Apparently the Jewish people were unwilling or unable to
understand that government, even one created with the best of intentions is inherently dangerous at the very least. “Government is not eloquence’’ said George Washington, ‘’it is force. Like fire a troublesome servant and a fearful master and as such should never be put into the hands of the incompetent’’.

And at the end of the convention, there will be a ceremony where all the losers get participation trophies, which they will then smash to protest supremacy, no specific kind, just all kinds. Then they'll all eat lots of meat on private jets and if confronted, will claim they were doing it ironically to point out someone else's hypocrisy.
Thanks for your thoughtful reply. It’s tragic. A reliance on big government has not served the Jewish people well at all throughout history.
They have the House... WE have the Presidency, the Senate, the Supreme Court, most State Legislatures, most Governors, most federal judges (or very close) AND most dog catchers... But, like you say - they have ‘the House’...
Hopefully they take the moribund GOP with them.
