voters are not static; never have been never will be...they favor change, and the reason is obvious, the voting cohorts that are in play one election cycle will be very different the next, through deaths, through economic setbacks, through many things...in 2024, there will have been 8 years of pub rule; Trump’s impeachment will be four years in the past, which in politics many as well be the Ice Age, and likely forgotten as a political tool of any kind...
