I thought I heard him say “Yes” but it recorded by the clerk as a “No”. I concluded I misheard him since my hearing is not so good to begin with.
Well, it was kinda cute how after the vote he asked the clerk to read his back, just so's he could hear his answer once again.
I hope I am wrong, but I watched him say yes to each article.

No surprise all that BS backed up inside him. Regardless, I wish him a speedy recovery.
He voted “No” to both articles but said it in a low voice away from the mic and on the second one it almost sounded like “yeah”.

I hope this puts to rest any doubts. I actually thought I heard him say yes to the second article, but it’s a no. The man needs to speak more clearly!
Did you listen to the recorder repeat his answer, indicating that he said “No”? I usually have the captions on, and the captions also said “No” when he spoke and “No” for the recorder’s repeat of the answer. I hope you don’t always jump the gun when posting something for the “world” to see!
