It may not be necessary. I’m guessing that Virginia’s NG rank and file troops are conservative pro 2nd Amendment. Same with rank and file LEO’s. They ain’t gonna go round doing search and seizures on their neighbors, co-workers and relatives. Won’t happen....

That's what scares me. If he does find a group to act as enforcers, and they go around to start confiscating weapons, who will that be and what will their tactics be? Will they fire upon law abiding citizens?
