Obviously, the Democrats are not accepting the finding of no collusion from the Mueller Investigation and report with the statement from Schiff that this is Trump “again” having a foreign power helping him “cheat” on a Presidential election.
2. Obstruction of Congress: Not allowing Congress to interview his close advisors or to have the documents until a court says they can have them per Trump’s claim it’s due to Executive Privilege of “absolute immunity” per the Constitution. The Democrats claim they just don’t have time to wait for the slow courts to decide.

They simply want the spectacle and what they view as the stain on Trump’s record. This is not at all about real “justice” — just optics and motivating their base.

So, if they have a trial in the Senate all of those documents claiming the Democrats demanded that Ukraine dig up dirt on Trump can be presented as evidence that it wasn't Trump, but supporters of HRC who committed the crime of meddling in our election?

Abuse of power: Making charges up out of whole cloth with no evidence solely to attempt to sway an upcoming election, and

Obstruction of The Executive Branch: Not allowing the Executive Branch to present evidence, or cross examine fake ‘witnesses’ in the Congressional hearings.
