Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., is preparing for a likely impeachment trial in the Senate, and he lambasted House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., for his actions in leading the inquiry into President Trump.
Republicans have been criticizing Schiff for subpoenaing and releasing phone records of calls between the office of former Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and Rudy Giuliani, Giuliani associate Lev Parnass, and journalist John Solomon.

I think it is wrong to blow it off this way. A full trial, with the right witnesses and de-classifications, would be explosive. And, it would be explosive in a covering and disclosing things that Barr is IMHO afraid to subject to criminal inquiry for fear of being called political.

I'm not sure I agree. It may be better to have the trial for two reasons. The first would be to expose the charges for the nonsense they are in a open forum that the Democrats can't control. The second is to drag this out for a while so we'll hopefully get a break from this nonsense from the House.
They’ve accused Trump of everything for years. He needs to a full hearing to refute all that nonsense.
No, I don’t think so. I really believe shift send a warning to Graham by deliberately getting the phone records of Giuliani and Nunez and if I’m not mistaken even the presidents phone records. This was a warning signal that he has inside people that can easily get damaging information on him !

Schiff doesn't want the president to call witnesses.
If Graham and 50 other senators dismiss the case, then Schiff doesn't have to worry about the president's witnesses being called.
Only President Trump’s attorney’s should be able to make a motion to dismiss. If the President wants to abridge the impeachment trial, he can move to dismiss. Otherwise, let him use the trial to refute all the lies told by the House Democrats and the Marxist Media.
I humbly predict that there will be no articles sent tp the Senate.
The Dem impeachment effort is toast.
Unless they want political suicide.
Ome thing about Dems. They always act in selfishness, in self interest.
And their interests would not be served by anything other than a kangaroo court trial, which the Senate will not provide.
