Now personally I think the entire purpose of the impeachment is internal democrat part politics, with the purpose of taking out Biden, so a left winger gets the nod, gets crushed allowing the party to moderate for the 2024 cycle... because no D is winning the white house in 2020.
I have believed this since day one, that this impeachment has NOTHING to do with Trump, but is a Rope a Dope to knee cap the radical left wing of the party. Its purpose is to take out Biden, not Trump.
However, with that said, as long as Biden remains a solid lock with the black D primary voter, he’s almost certainly going to wind up the nominee.
