The e-cat was fun while it lasted, but put me down as a skeptic/nonbeliever.
Now, Pons and Fleischmann are a different kettle of fish.
I tend to think they actually spotted something very slight. Now believed to be the result of contamination or erroneous estimates.
And maybe some escalation of commitment issues.
Moving beyond Rossi self-published websites, there are very few believers/supports.
“Andrea Rossi (born 3 June 1950) is an Italian entrepreneur who claims to have invented a cold fusion device.
In the 1970s, Rossi claimed to have invented a process to convert organic waste into petroleum, and in 1978 he founded a company named Petroldragon to process waste. In the 1989 the company was shut down by the Italian government amid allegations of fraud, and Rossi was arrested.[4] In 1996 Rossi moved to the United States and from 2001 to 2003 he worked under a U.S. Army contract to make a thermoelectric device that, while promising to be superior to other devices, produced only around 1/1000 of the claimed performance”

Damnit, you have NOT been paying attention all these years, you JUST gave away the farm on that one ...
Let’s just say, you aren’t up date, things are NOT as you think they are. I don’t know what or where you last read up on this subject, but its severely out of date.
