Thanks Kathy, a great tribute to this monumental, yet horrible day in our history.

Good evening, mountainlion
.the 911 disaster of WWII. What a good comparison.
One can only hope for no more...many of the current AOC types haven’t a clue.

Warning to any snowflakes in the crowd: the following songs are highly politically incorrect and will likely trigger you.

I made it home. Boss bought us lunch today...Olive Garden!
Chicken Alfredo...my fav! Stuffed myself as I worked, now having leftovers, AFTER putting aside a whole other meal.
8 outside and I am BEAT! I have stuff to do, but it will have to wait as I wind down and think my bed looks awfully comfy. Lots of brain work today trying to make things work after a full day of no computers

Heard it on the news...very sad. Need more info on the shooter. I have become very jaded by any news reports.

Hey, radu!
We sure won’t. Not sure about the newer generations, though. Seems they aren’t taught much American history anymore. Sadly.

Isn’t it only Dec 5th, as of 12:01 this evening?

Glad you made it home alright. The streets look shiny under the streetlights so it must have been a “fun” drive.
Nice of the boss to buy lunch today. And nice having some left over for supper. No cooking tonight!
Your brain must be fried to a crisp. I foresee that bed winning out before too long. LOL

Kids in some areas are still taught history, in other areas not so much. A lot of teachers around here teach it, and they take their classes to the military museum so they can see pieces of it up-close-and-personal. The kids get fired up and check out even more on their own.
Not all hope is lost. :-)
