Current national pledges would leave the world 5.8 Fahrenheit warmer by 2100 than pre-industrial times, with dramatic consequences for life on Earth,How does the UN propose to block all future Ice Ages?

The Chicagoland area was under a mile of ice just 20000 years ago. I'm rather positive that their average temperature during those centuries was juuuuuust a few degrees colder than the modern temps.
(Well, maybe not... This IS Chicago.)

Current national pledges would leave the world 5.8 Fahrenheit warmer by 2100 than pre-industrial times, None of the UN's previous "climate" projections have had any predictive value at all. The chances of the opposite happening are actually greater because of a measurable drop in solar irradiance. And of course this is exacerbated by both the “wobble” in the angle of the tilt of the earth and the oval path of the earth's orbit around the sun. Rising CO2 levels have occurred after warmer time periods not before, they have not been shown to have predictive value.
