None of the UN's previous "climate" projections have had any predictive value at all. The chances of the opposite happening are actually greater because of a measurable drop in solar irradiance. And of course this is exacerbated by both the “wobble” in the angle of the tilt of the earth and the oval path of the earth's orbit around the sun. Rising CO2 levels have occurred after warmer time periods not before, they have not been shown to have predictive value.
Warmer temps = more plant growth through increased ranges = more CO2.
