Napolitano Goes Full Schiff
American Thinker ^ | November 25, 2019 | Daniel John Sobieski

The descent of Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano into foolishness continues with a series of TV appearances in which the former New York Superior Court judge adopts the Adam Schiff interpretation of the Constitution where you are not allowed to confront your accuser, where being a fact witness does not require you to recuse yourself from running a kangaroo court impeachment inquiry, and where hearsay and presumption determine you are guilty until proven innocent.

In the face of public hearings in which Schiff unloaded his clown car of hearsay witnesses who made every presumption about President Trump except for the presumption of innocence, Napolitano warmly embraced Schiff’s fables, telling Reason’s Nick Gillespie that there is more than enough, and he uses the word very loosely, "evidence" to justify three or four articles of impeachment against President Trump:

In an interview with Reason’s Nick Gillespie on Friday, Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano said there was “overwhelming” evidence of impeachable actions by President Donald Trump.

Napolitano said, “The Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee have unearthed enough evidence, in my opinion, to justify about three or four articles of impeachment against the president. We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political. Its only Constitutional base is treason, bribery, or other hard crimes and misdemeanors.”

He continued, “Here’s what I think the Democrats will want, Nick. Here’s what I think they will advance. One is bribery. The technical definition of bribery is the failure to perform an official duty until a thing of value comes your way, and they will argue that the president’s failure to disperse [sic] funds that the Congress ordered be dispersed [sic] until the recipient of the funds agreed to investigate a potential political opponent is an...

Lt. Dan (Gary Sinise) was an early sellout to the never Trump Hussein Heads:

What a shame. Sinise and Trump could accomplish some great things together. Too bad Sinise doesn't recognize that they're more on the same side than not.

Hard to fault Sinise considering all the good he does on his own. Just a loss that he's blinded to a greater opportunity.

I had a couple of Napolitano books in my library.

They went directly into the trash bin, when he exposed the fact that he’s a bitter, vengeful little man.

Ratings depend on drama. Napolitano is providing drama.

I think he was a NJ Superior Court Judge, not NY. Secondly, can anyone tell me what, beyond being a lawyer, are his qualifications that make him an expert on impeachment, federal law or even federal prosecution.

Not all Doctors do a medical expert make, shins general knowledge and the same is true of lawyers. Any lawyer can read a statute and opine on what they think it means. But if they have no actual experience with the application of that statute, they offer little more than speculation.

This is so with Nap. He is swimming way out of his waters.

Nappy always triggered my creep~o~meter. And no,it wasn’t just his personal perversity. He’s always appeared to be carrying some secret agenda. Lately, with his Trump derangement, it is on full display. For such a “bright” guy his opinions are sure garbage!

This Judge has lost all credibility with me since he sided with those suing the Christian baker of the business, Masterpiece Cake for refusing to bake the cake for the gay wedding.

I refused to listen to his opinions from then on.

I’d rather listen to the other judge at FOX -— Jeanine Pirro.

Generally, there is no reason to watch Fox anymore except patriots like Stuart Varney, Jesse Waters and a few others. Napolitano, Juan Williams and Chris Wallace hate this country so much, they should be exiled to some third world shithole like Venezuela.

Napolitano said, “... We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political. Its only Constitutional base is treason, bribery, or other hard crimes and misdemeanors.”

He is insane. He actually completely contradicts himself in consecutive sentences. Impeachment is "political"? And "It's only Constitutional base is ....hard crimes and misdemeanors?" It can't be both. Either we are a nation of laws, based on the Constitution or we are not.

He’s always been a self-promoting, pompous little prick, but getting passed over for a federal judgeship was too much for him. His ego and his ‘nads have shriveled up and blown away and he’s gonna get even by God!

Se cupp, Napolitano, none of these people were ever conservatives. They all just find a shtick to get their mug on tv. After that , then it is whatever it takes to stay on tv.

".... what the hell happened to this guy?...."

Somebody either has compromising photos of him with another guy, or like you said, a video tape of him molesting little boys.

The most likely reason is that Trump rejected him for a Supreme Court justice pick.

Shortly after that, he started going negative on Trump on Fox News.

Which tells me, Trump was correct in his assessment to turn down Nappie.

With his petulant, petty attacks on Trump, he doesn't have the maturity or control over his emotions that a Supreme Court Justice requires.

"Hard crimes and misdemeanors"?

"Hard" as opposed to "soft"? Or "hard" as opposed to "easy"?

Napolitano will never forgive Trump for not considering him for SCOTUS.

Seriously.

It’s one thing to be critical.

It’s an entirely different thing to make illogical and false claims.

First of all, let’s stop the “judge” talk.

The man is a worthless lying member of the human race... sadly.

God only knows what he does when no one is looking.

There is a camera with a little red light that defines his existence.

Otherwise, Andrew is a worthless snake and he does the dance of the naked snake for his income.
