Your opinion. If the time ever came where the rubber had to meet the road and I had to present my “covert recording” catching all of them in a lie versus their perjury, falsifying information, violation of their oath of office, obstruction...I’ll take my chances in front of a jury. That’s just me.
There’s a reason the feds don’t record their interviews/interrogations, like EVERY OTHER law enforcement agency in the country does. Feds are prohibited from wearing body cams, when damn near EVERY OTHER law enforcement agency in the country does. They get away with some sh*t that they investigate, charge and prosecute street cops for on the regular.
The jury will never hear your recording because it was obtained illegally.
The best you could do would be go to the press that is already in the FIB’s pocket.
