A CNN "analyst" said it's "alarming"?

I hope that guy hasn't quit his day job.

Appears to me the swamp is attempting to contain the accountability to the lower-lever creeps (Strozk, McCabe, Page).

We’ll see if they throw Comey under the bus.

If Loretta Lynch gets pulled in, anything goes.

The Constitution is an illusion.

Has been for over 120 years

Federal Reserve
Zoning
Gun Permits
EPA
Income Tax
Property Tax

Just to name a few

Soviet Russia would have that, not a “free” country

The Constitution is just a historic document that used to mean something back in the day

Welcome to the United Socialist States of America, Comrade

This was the sneaky part Bharara tried to slip in:

“actually even exceed the protections of the constitution”

His motive seems to be to create the illusion that there can be greater protections than our Constitution provides.

The only things they have going for them are lies, manipulation, fabrications and illusions.

How long has the FISA judge known the app was a sham? We all knew that for a few years. why has the court been silent.

Was it Strzok or someone who reported up to him?

The Washington Post Helps Identify FBI Lawyer Who Altered FISA Docs…
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/11/22/the-washington-post-helps-identify-fbi-lawyer-who-altered-fisa-docs/

From Link:

The original WaPo article by Devlin Barrett noted the FBI official was actually a “line-level” lawyer who worked “under FBI Agent Peter Strzok.”

At 12:15am, the WaPo article was significantly edited, two more journalists (Ellen Nakashima and Matt Zapotosky) were added to the byline. Unfortunately, no explanation or notation of the changes were given.

However, that said, the edit(s) help to identify the identity of the FBI lawyer. The updated article removed the references to Peter Strzok, and identifies the line-level lawyer thus:

[quote from article]
[…] The person under scrutiny is a low-level FBI lawyer who has since been forced out of the agency, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss material that has not yet been made public.

The employee was forced out of the FBI after the incident was discovered, two U.S. officials said. Horowitz found that the employee erroneously indicated he had documentation to back up a claim he had made in discussions with the Justice Department about the factual basis for the application. He then altered an email to back up that erroneous claim, they said.]

If you have followed the case closely, the intentional removal of Peter Strzok in combination with the explanation of the lawyer’s FISA responsibilities; and in combination with prior reporting of FBI lawyer 2; it seems pretty obvious the line-level lawyer was Kevin Clinesmith.

U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara. Where has he been for almost three years? I knew this stuff in early 2017.

Preet Bharara is a committed anti-American leftist.

He’s just pretending he believes this serious and is very, very happy somebody took the risk to do it.

“How long has the FISA judge known the app was a sham? We all knew that for a few years. why has the court been silent.”

This is the problem with secret courts. We, the people, don’t know.

The founding fathers would have been appalled by George W. Bush’s Patriot Act, how quickly it was ratified by Congress, and how readily the Supreme Court upheld most of its tyrannical provisions. It was passed to “combat terrorism”. In reality it has been used to terrorize and control citizens. Yet it was recently renewed.

The Patriot Act has to be repealed and the FISA courts disbanded.

Government secrecy is too pervasive in our country. Most “secrets” are kept not from foreign nations, whose spy networks capture all of our government secrets. Federal government secrets are all about keeping the American people in the dark and under control. A government with secrets (i.e. who is the whistleblower?) is a tyrannical government.

OMG, you’re like a continuing loop (broken record in the old days). I think everyone here knows the issue of Obama’s birth is important to you, but give it a rest already! That ship sailed long ago and it isn’t coming back. Please try to focus on current affairs.
